Northpoint & Timber Ridge
Northpoint College is pleased to introduce Timber Ridge housing for incoming students. We understand the challenges students face when seeking affordable accommodation in a new city, especially during the transition to college life. In collaboration with Timber Ridge Apartments, Northpoint College now offers shared living spaces featuring three-bedroom apartments accommodating up to six students each.

Conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from Northpoint College, Timber Ridge Apartments offers a secure and comfortable living environment. To ensure inclusivity and privacy, Northpoint College has secured dedicated apartments for male students and for female students.
Availability and Cost
After completing your enrollment at Northpoint, please submit your housing application and security deposit as soon as possible to ensure your housing placement. We are excited to welcome you to the transformative community at Northpoint College.
