The Pastoral Ministry Minor equips students with the theological foundation and practical skills needed for effective local church ministry. Coursework develops a philosophy of ministry for children and youth, explores the structures that help assimilate people into a church community, and builds the leadership competencies essential to pastoral work. This minor complements the Bachelor of Arts in Ministry Leadership and prepares students to serve their congregation with depth and intentionality.
